Zenki Real Estate secured several apartments in Luanda City Center: Five apartments in Torre Ambiente, Luanda landmark building; Three apartments in Coqueiros Luanda Living, Luanda downtown; One apartment in Solar de Alvalade, Luanda upertown.

SCOPE

During this instruction Zenki carried out the following services:

• Research of the Luanda residential market;
• Establish a short list of options and recommendations according to Repsol employees’ needs;
• Support the negotiations of the agreement between the Landlord and Repsol.
