Accenture has appointed Zenki Real Estate in order to assist in the negotiation of the ongoing lease contract for Presidente Business Center building.

SOLUTION

Zenki Real Estate secured 277 sqm of office space in President Business Center a landmark building located in the centre of Luanda (CBD).

SCOPE

During this instruction Zenki Real Estate carried out the following services:

• Understand context and client’s needs;/li>
• Research of the Luanda office market;
• Establish a long list options needs as alternative to the current premises;
• Support the Client during the viewings to the selected options;
• Support the negotiations of the new lease agreement with the current landlord.
