Zenki Real Estate secured 170 sq m of office space in Elysée Tower, Luanda CBD.SCOPE
During this instruction Zenki Real Estate carried out the following services:- Research and Market Study of the Luanda office;
- Establish a short list options and recommendations according the Client’s requirements;
- Negotiation the agreement with the Landlord;
- Support the different BCG departments during the viewings to the site;
- Support the fit-out process (Supervision and works monitoring and fit out).
