CHALLENGE

Due to the increase of headcount and with the goal of reduction the cost per square metre Halliburton requested Zenki Real Estate to present solutions for their new office in Luanda. Halliburton had over 12 months before their lease approached expiration, but our team was aware of the lengthy process and suggested it was in their best interest to start the process early.

SOLUTION

Zenki Real Estate on behalf of the Landlord secured 1.626 sq m of office space in Metropolis Business Center located in the centre of Luanda (Zone 2). Zenki Real Estate also acted in the negotiations with the Landlord of former address to secure the smooth relocation into new premises. To ensure the transaction to the select office space Zenki Real Estate presented Halliburton weekly reports regarding the evolution of the construction.

SCOPE

During this instruction Zenki Real Estate carried out the following services:

• Establish a short list options and recommendations according the Halliburton needs;
• Support the decision of the office space selection;
• Support the different departments of Halliburton during the viewings to the site;/li>
• Monitoring of works and weekly reports.
