The plot of land is located near Via Expresso in the Cacuaco – Benfica direction, in close proximity to the rout which connects Luanda to Catete, as well as the main road which connects Viana to Zango. It has tarred roads which facilitate access in and around the plot,  a diesel tank complete with its fuel pump, as well as a fenced security cabin at it’s entrance.
